I love to introduce myself.

Agnes- Senga Tupper
Social Business Development Director

Since its inception, Agnes was in the frontline strategizing and implementing sustainable ways to run the business. Also designing Chuma’s Branding, product quality control and marketing. Agnes volunteered with the same group (and more) of Artists while at Wonder Workshop in 2015. Her prior experience working with Social enterprises and non-profit organizations has given her passion to want what’s best for her community. Agnes-Senga is a graduate of University of Nairobi, Bachelors in Arts and Design (Interior Design major). She is also an aspiring Artist.

Meshack Rowland
Finance and Operations Director

Started as a volunteer, aiding them spread awareness on the projects they do. While working with Chuma, he worked as a Finance and Administration Executive and General Manager, in NovoMed Limited and Safari Trades FX Consultants respectively.
Meshack founded a club in University, designed to solve or approach artistic talents and give back to the society. Projects like Kids Day Out and Art Admiration were huge successes bring in around Kes 750,000. He has a Bachelors in Commerce (Finance) from Africa Nazarene University (2017), Nairobi, Kenya.

Marco Kida and Joseph Mpepo
Artist co-founders

Are the Artist co-founders of the organization, with great passion of the art and resistant in growing the business, they are a very important part of Chuma’s foundation. These three are also very passionate about sharing their artistic skills to others in order to grow Chuma and have greater impact to the community. Each one with more than nine years of experience creating welded art and recycled glass products.
